I've been doing pixel art since I was in high school. I currently use Aseprite for all my pixel artwork.
Gallary
Here's pretty much all my pixel art pieces I've made over the years.
Hardware-Inspired
Basically any art I made that tries to emulate a specific systems limitations, namely resolution and palette.
Nintendo Entertainment System
All art here uses the non-NTSC Aseprite preset pallete unless stated otherwise

2torial (SA64 Mix)
This art is based on a cover of 2torial from Sonic Legacy I made using my chromatic
This uses the NTSC NES palette
The BF sprite and icon is from Super Mario Bros. Funk Mix

Sixty-Boll Stage Concept
Concept art for the original SA64 stage and HUD for NKO
A tweaked version of this stage (not the HUD) is now used in Low-Bit Mayhem.
The sprite for Nate was done by Shultz himself

Car in SMB1
A piece of Car from Garn47 in the style of SMB1

Friday Night Funkin': NES Remix
Concept art for an FNF remix mod styled after the NES
Not sure if I'll make this a real mod at some point, but I'd love to do it!

Star Festival - NES Remix
I'll admit the Mario here isn't that great since I was trying to base it off the Mario from SFG
This art is in the gallery of SFG, listed as "Star Festival but Retro"
Game Boy + Game Boy Color
All art uses the Aseprite preset palletes unless stated otherwise

Golden Land - Super Mario Land 2 Style
This one is still a work-in-progress
Uses a black & white palette from the sprites from Mario's Madness (I think)

Ditto, but with Aseprite's Game Boy preset pallete

FNF Vs. Oshawott - Pokémon Red/Blue Style
The BF sprite is originally from FNF Red Version, but I had to recreate it to be pixel-perfect.
The Oshawott sprite is from Pokéwilds

SA64 shruging in front of a crowd

"You're a Super Player!"
Game Boy Advance
All art palettes references from other sprites

Gold-Mine Concept
Concept for an FNF one-shot based on Wario, styled after Wario Land 4
The BF is still a work-in-progress
Sketches
Any art I made that is somewhat expriemental

Horror SA64
The Halloween version of my sona

Custom Sonic + Ring
Strangly, it uses Aseprite's NES NTSC pallete instead of the normal NES one
Misc.
Anything that doesn't fit the other catergories

Illusion - Boll Deluxe Style
It was originally meant to be a Halloween thing for the Poker Boll Discord, but I posted it seperately on Twitter, and it ended up letting me meet the people I now call my friends.

Game Over - SA64 Cover
The cover art for a cover of Game Over with my chromatic

Bad Augest
Something I posted on my private Twitter that honestly goes kinda hard.

FNF Gamy Boy'd - Tetris BF Redesign v1
A redesign of a sprite from an FNF Game Boy mod... that ended up getting me on the team.
As you can probably tell from the "v1" in the title, I have updated this sprite a bit since then.

Twitter Leave
The image I posted when I left Twitter... for a bit.

Phanstam Custom Art
Fun fact: I didn't reference any art from the Genesis Sonic games when making this.

SA64 - Lethal Lava Cruise Style
An attempt to make my sona in the style of Lethal Lava Cruise from Infernal Bout
The other art is directly from Infernal Bout

SA64/Sam - Ourple Guy Style
Used on the cover art for an After-Midnight cover
Defintely could use some improvements to be a bit more accurate to the style of the mod.
Old Piskel Stuff
Warning
These pieces were made back when I was relatively new to pixel art, and as such, aren't representive of what I currently do. I figured I'd include them here for the sake of preservation.
Also, this most likely isn't all of the pieces I made using Piskel, there's a few more .piskel files I saved that I didn't feel like exporting then and now, but maybe I'll look through 'em someday and put them here for preservation.

Art made for a school presentation

Custom Boyfriend Sprite
It was my first real attempt of making my own custom sprites.
.png)
Ditto, but with an NES-ish palette
Also noticed that some colors weren't replaced properly for some reason

Definitive Super Mario for Sonic 3 A.I.R Request Thumbnail
While it didn't end up getting made before the request expired, someone made a really good Mario mod for a Sonic Hacking Contest, so I guess we win these.
